Pale violet remains forever on the backs of my eyelids,
Like the remains of waking from a sweet dream,
Staining me.

Etched into violets before they wither away,
Is the springtime talk of lovers.
Around the point we enter the sea,
The water sings a parting song,
As if abandoning hope for something.

The backs of lonely wings,
Shown to us by white birds,
Will eventually fade away to the same place as the night.
A hem of morning mist,
Stains everything.

Blooming as if by mistake,
Was the smell of sweet flowers within in our hands.
Our hearts are stolen away,
By the color of the dawn,
Progressing from dark to light.
A melody from within a dream,
Drips upon the sand of our dried hearts.
The world becomes lovely again,
Accompanied by all memories therein.

Pulling this string,
Something comes falling from the other side of the skylight:
A song for one,
As if made of light,
That resides somewhere you mustn’t ever touch.

On the icy backs of our knees,
Is a frozen, thin melancholy.
An autumn twilight,
At which those unable to wield kindness cried,

Stains everything.

El violeta pálido queda para siempre detrás de mis párpados,
Como los restos al despertar de un dulce sueño,
Manchándome.

Grabado en violetas antes de que ellas se marchiten,
Es la charla primaveral de los amantes.
Alrededor del punto en que entramos al mar,
El agua canta una canción de despedida,
Como si abandonara la esperanza por algo.

Las partes de atrás de alas solitarias,
Nos son mostradas por las aves blancas
Eventualmente despareceremos hacia el mismo lugar como la noche.
Una orla de niebla matutina,
Mancha todo.

Floreciendo como si por error,
Fuese el aroma de dulces flores en nuestras manos.
Nuestros corazones son arrebatados,
Por el color del alba,
Avanzando de la oscuridad a la luz.
Una melodía desde el interior de un sueño,
Gotea sobre la arena de nuestros corazones secos.
El mundo se vuelve hermoso de nuevo,
Acompañado por todos los recuerdos en él.

Tirando de esta cuerda,
Algo bien cayendo desde el otro lado del ventanal:
Una canción para uno,
Como hecho de luz,
Que reside en algún lugar que nunca debes tocar.

En el reverso helado de nuestras rodillas,
Esta una congelada y débil melancolía.
Un otoñal crepúsculo,
En el que aquellos son incapaces de ejercer un sollozo por bondad.
