The two of us were like an unfocused lens…
I suppose we still are, even now.
Heading off to silence the bad guys;
That’s the kind of thing we were doing, over and over again.

Everything we did was risky,
But my memory of it isn’t really so bad.

Our friends experienced much the same,
Though somehow different in ways.
I’m sure even my strange little sister and I,
