You don’t believe in God.
You’re what they call an atheist;
Any rules God makes have nothing do to with you.

At least that’s what I expect, but,
All of a sudden you’re believing in certain things.
I don’t know who taught them to you, but you believe them without fault.
You believe that, “There’s inherent value in life,”
And think that, “It’s not okay to kill someone.”

You only believe in the things you can see with your own two eyes.
A world in which God creates miracles is nothing but a fantasy to you.
But you believe;
Even though you’ve never seen it or been there yourself, you dream of outer space.
You believe the scientists.
“When something is proved with science, it becomes [truth],”
Is what you believe.

Tu sei ciò che chiamano un ateo;
Ogni regola che Dio crea non ha niente a che fare con te.

Almeno è quello che mi aspetto, ma,
All’improvviso stai credendo in certe cose.
Non so chi te le abbia insegnate, ma ci credi senza esitare.
Credi che, “C’è un caratteristico valore nella vita,”
E pensi che, “Non va bene uccidere qualcuno.”

Perché?

Cos’è esattamente che credi?

Un Ateo.
Credi solo alle cose che puoi vedere con i tuoi stesis occhi.
Un mondo in cui Dio crea miracoli non è altro che una fantaasia per te.
Ma tu credi;
Anche se non l’hai mai visto e ci sei stato di persona, sogni dello spazio.
Credi negli scienziati.
“Quando qualcosa viene dimostrato dalla scienza, diventa la [verità],”
È ciò che credi.

Almeno è quello che mi aspetto, ma,
