Looking up to the sky,
I see clouds floating absentmindedly.
As the laughing voices of my friends grow distant,
I feel quite similar today.

I gently hide that tiny sigh amidst the waves…

I did so well earlier today,
But I can’t catch up to you –
You’re so reliable, always getting stronger!
Even the colors of the sky have begun to change.

The winds knows about all our frustrations and loneliness…

… so let’s try to fly a-gain!
This is a new beginning!
A different scenery from yesterday’s will spread out before us!
As you gently nod your head and smile,
I feel I can spread my arms wide –
So let’s fly together!

All alone in the middle of night, unable to sleep,
You float into my mind…
But all the while, I’m making excuses for my limitations,
Closing my eyes tightly.

That tiny moment is clinging to my heart… it’s so painful.

But even so, let’s try to fly,
‘Cause the sky isn’t going anywhere;
It’s waiting, smiling as if to say none of us are really that different.
When faced with unrelenting regret, we have no choice but to fight,
So in free-form, we’ll go on chasing,
That dream released across the sky!

Our brilliance and bravery are both fragile…
Our ideals and hopes are all swallowed by the waves…
But nonetheless, we want to feel them!

I’ll take flight once more,
Though I’m not too good at it.
Right now, embrace that scenery so different from yesterday’s!
I want to show you a smile that comes from my heart,
So as the sky calls to me,
I’ll spread my arms wide –
Let’s fly together!

Olhando para o céu,
Vejo nuvens flutuando distraídas.
Enquanto as vozes dos meus amigos rindo ficam mais distantes,
Hoje me sinto bem similar.

Suavemente escondo aquele suspiro em meio às ondas…

Hoje me saí tão bem mais cedo,
Mas não consigo te alcançar –
Você é tão confiável, sempre ficando mais forte!
Até as cores do céu começaram a mudar.

Os ventos sabem todas as nossas frustrações e solidão…

… então vamos tentar voar de-novo!
Isso é um novo início!
Uma paisagem diferente do de amanhã se revelará diante de nós!
Enquanto você balança suavemente sua cabeça sorri,
Sinto que posso abrir meus braços –

Sozinho no meio da noite, sem conseguir dormir,
Você surge em meus pensamentos…
Mas enquanto isso, estou inventando desculpas para as minhas limitações,
Fechando meus olhos com força.

Aquele pequeno momento se agarrando em meu coração… é tão doloroso.

Mas mesmo assim, vamos tentar voar,
Porque o céu não irá para lugar algum;
Ele está esperando, sorrindo como se nenhum de nós fôssemos tão diferentes.
Quando enfrentamos um impiedoso arrependimento, não temos escolha a não ser lutar,
Então livremente, vamos continuar a seguir,
Aquele sonho liberado pelos céus!

Tanto nosso esplendor e a coragem são frágeis…
Nossos ideais e esperanças são engolidas pelas ondas…
Mas ainda assim, nós queremos senti-las!

Eu vou voar mais uma vez,
Apesar de não ser muito bom nisso.
Nesse momento, aceite esta paisagem que é tão diferente do de ontem!
Eu quero te mostrar um sorriso que vem do meu coração,
Para que enquanto o céu me chamar,
Eu abra meus braços –
