This city is full of sounds that I hate
The important sounds are all buried under
In order to not miss your voice
I’ll try to listen as much as I can
Car horns, Street speech,
Some random person’s laughter, If I just erase it all,
It’ll become a quiet dream
Mute what I don’t want to hear
Unpleasant noises are keeping me from sleeping
Mute what I don’t want to see
Remove the stained scenery from my view
In the cold rain that never stops
Holding a convenience store umbrella
All the meaningless words raining down
If only I could ignore them all
It’s impossible for me to change what’s correct
I just want to live only listening to the words in favour of me… That’s it.
Mute what I don’t want to hear
Unpleasant noises are keeping me from sleeping
Mute what I don’t want to see
Remove the stained scenery from my view
Mute what I don’t want to hear
I don’t even want to hear your voice again
Mute what I don’t want to see
Just as I wished, I’m in the quiet darkness… alone.
