This feeling that’s reborn again and again, as it works its way up from my toes, is still without a name.
On the first page of this story that’s begun, someone’s standing there amid the wind…

Ahh, the smell of summer grass… the humid air… accompany the sound of waves conversing.
Ahh, I can’t help but think about where this sea is connected to.

I always thought a beautiful world was leagues away… like a mermaid waiting for a ship to pass by.
But for the first time in my life, I just now realized it had already arrived.

Things that were different than I imagined… things I learned from making mistakes… I’ve been constantly confused.
But the sound of the waves spreading their wings tempted my ears – I want to try something new right away!

Ahh, an emotion I can’t explain begins to warm my chest throughout.
Ahh, a simple wish: if I could someday become someone else’s light.

I’ve gotta be sure to do the things I can only do right now,
Breaking through those millions of clouds!
That feeling welling up inside shows me a side of myself I never knew before…

Birds dropping shadows as they fly… sunlight that seems to sing… breaths that raise to the water’s surface…
I believe everything I see of this world with my own two eyes, instead of what I’ve seen through a screen.

I’ve gotta be sure to do the things I can only do right now,

ああ　この海が何とつながってるのか　考えているの

美しい世界は遠くにあると思った　船を待つ人魚のように
生まれて初めて　ここがそうだと気がついた　今

想像と違ったこと　間違えてわかったこと　戸惑ってばかり
ひらめきが羽ばたいて　耳元をくすぐった　今すぐ試してみたい
