The days which began full of cardboard boxes
Are passing by a bit busier than I thought.
This room is never tidy,
As if I rented it from somebody else

Starting to write the first letter on a brand new notebook
With my heart dipped in an ink of anticipation and anxiety.

My feet started moving placing one foot in front of the other
What kind of asphalt are they stepping on in the future?
My soles are worn out. The other side of the door
The ideal image is still faraway, unsure and unclear
But I’ll draw a trail to overcome it. Surely someday, surely someday

Every time we look back on the messy past full of misunderstandings,
Our immaturity makes us feel uneasy
But the strength of not knowing the templated future lined by a ruler
Somehow saves us in a mysterious way

The humming of somebody echoed in the dark room
I immediately recognized you by your voice. Were you here all the time?
The pieces of melodies you once succeeded to me
The dream secretly breathing in the chest pocket
I’ll make sure to make it come true. I’m taking a solemn oath now

思い違いだらけのめちゃくちゃな過去を
