The one who pushed me from behind was surely myself;
These eyes beheld the same radiance I’d seen again and again.

I’m sure the flower blooming on that hill knows all about it –
It was likely beholding all the scenes, colors – everything… that bloomed only in that instant.

I know that most human emotions are forgotten when we sleep,
Because those feelings that come welling forth, again and again, come from within my heart.

Unable to stay in the same place for too long,
Again, I bid farewell to the twilit sky as it bleeds to night.

I wonder if the twilight abducted those feelings I dropped somewhere along the way;
They must have been those frivolous feelings that had me wanting to make everything into a TV drama.

By the time these eyes finally opened, yesterday had gotten so far away;
It will never come back, so I may as well just go home… go home,
So that I don’t lose my way once the twilight fades.

But… you see? I’m still a bit worried, following a path home I know far too well to ever lose my way;
With no one else around, I feel I might forget my reason for being here.
This view witnessed by me alone… is probably no different,
Than the things known only to the flower blooming on that hill.

And that’s always the case.

I’m sure that ultimately everything we see,
Is nothing more than coincidence.
So there’s no reason for me to struggle any longer;
Gotta go home… go home… before the night comes!

Even if the twilight abducted those feelings I dropped somewhere along the way,
I’ll find them all, in the same way – over and over again!

If I can’t manage to find them, I’ll have no choice but weave new ones.
But even if I can find them, there’s no guarantee they’ll fulfill me…
