2. Is it just me or is the video’s audio out of sync?

   • Seems fine to me; the video is a bit syncopated, but the quick screen-changes to the individual meat-Kanji seem spot on!

     • Not sure why but it’s out of sync when it’s played on Mozilla Firefox. Video works fine on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome

3. What do you guys think of the English subtitle lyrics that appear on the music video itself? Relatively accurate? Or a little too rough?

   • It’s rather artless with no attention to grammatical structure, which effects the meaning heavily :o

     I thought I’d managed to disable those subtitles when I posted it, but not sure that’s ultimately possible with YouTube – removed until I can find a clean video.

   • I have to say I usually really like the official subtitles that amazarashi has! They’re not ideal, but I think they’re generally the best official translations you’ll find from a band, and they get the point across in a good way to people who might not see the lyrics otherwise.

9. oh gosh. Reading this just made my eyes fill with tears. I absolutely adore this song, no matter what the others say. Its just so so sad and yet the music in the chorus is strong and firm showing the revelation of kaneki to really “say goodbye to his loathsome past”. A lot of parts remind me of RE, and him looking back at the awfully broken self, and it just makes me even more emotional. I really hope that this anime wont end in ‘tragedy’ :(

   • Did you just thank the Manga-ka for lyrics that Hiromu Akita wrote? I think that’s a little disrespectful to the artist;
     If you’re not familiar with this band, I think you’d get a lot more lyrical beauty out of following them closely!
