For some reason, when I think of you, though my heart had been complaining that it was all over
It now tells me, “Come on! It’s only a little further!” Pushing me to take another step
If this life spent aimlessly searching for meaning was really all for the sake of finding
The location of the door I left wide open when I entered this world
Then it was made by malicious gods so that it can’t be searched for all alone
It’s thanks to you that I was able to encounter
This profoundly mysterious life
What are those tears of yours,
As if you knew all of the sadness and pain to ever exist in this universe?
What is that smile of yours,
To which the sum of all the happiness ever found in this universe wouldn’t come close?
Is it my job to stop them from being crowded out?
If that is my duty, I’ll gladly accept
Boredom and gray laziness change their colors when I’m with you
Because instead of “Where I’m going”, “Who I’m with” determines the scenery of this day
I wonder what I was doing on October 10th, when you were born
I’m sure that in my dreams I touched your tiny umbilical cord with my fingertips
As we are thrown about by love, destiny, and miracles
What means of resistance do we have left?
If lies, the past, and the impossible all gang up on us
They may block our path, but oh the steps you dance!
You dance as if dodging, even through these hardships
So I’ll continue watching, amazed by your beauty
A limitless Milky Way overflows within your body
I wonder how deep and far I could swim
I’m not even afraid of the darkness
What are those tears of yours,
As if you knew all of the sadness and pain to ever exist in this universe?
What is that smile of yours,
To which the sum of all the happiness ever found in this universe wouldn’t come close?
It’s like standing on both ends of a miracle
As I breathe, surrounded by your weightlessness
Swimming through the infinite
