Still in the mood for a melody;
Even so, the morning sun tells to me,
That when I cast away my youth,
It will be without warning.
I cannot fly away, I want to cry today;
My wishes are so far away…
But I will try real hard, maybe I can be tough,
And learn the meaning of taking a step forward.
Floating feathers in the spring;
I feel the soothing breeze,
I hear it, “Don’t stay.”
When I close my eyes, I can feel it at my back:
I am ready to get ready,
For my longest journey.
Far away, far away…
I slowly proceed.
Still in my juvenile memories,
There’s a laughing voice that rings out even now.
In this moment I give a short goodbye,
To even those gentle days.
With the autumn sky,
The scenery that surrounds me keeps changing,
And day by day,
Even those close to me.
Yes, I won’t lose it, believing,
What I’ve grown in my mind:
The new day is today –
I won’t lose my way for anything.
Forever I will be, whatever I can be;
Not just one single person.
So I can fly anywhere, I mean it: everywhere –
I’ll learn what it means to go along with someone else!
Floating feathers in the spring;
I feel the soothing breeze,
I hear it, “Don’t stay.”
When I close my eyes, I can feel it at my back:
I am ready to get ready,
For my longest journey.
Far away, far away…
I slowly proceed.
Out of nowhere, the wind stops,
And my field of view simply expands.
Even so, my steps proceed –
Surely this is the end of a beginning.
