I wandered into the crimson dusk
It gently illuminated my soot-stained back
Painted by the fiery season
The growing shadows faded into the night
Dirty hands making their way through
What else lies beyond this fleeting, heat haze
The curtains swayed as the wind caressed my cheeks
That “one scene,” It was like a dream to me
I’ll continue wandering this eternal dusk
Will it one day be painted over into a blue sky
If you can’t get what you want by being righteous
Then flip it over and inside out
I can’t hear anything but that voice
With your scars as a guide
When will I get there?
Your smiling face grows dim
I’ve reached the end of despair, the tears fall as I lose
The shadows overlap, in the back alley of new beginnings
Even if I lie and deceive, it won’t awaken spring
Once more drifting away on a whim
Pretending that the future cannot be seen
The mirage I pursued
The curtains swayed as the wind caressed my cheeks
That “one scene,” It was like a dream to me
I’ll continue wandering this eternal dusk
Will it one day be painted over into a blue sky
