Closing my book while halfway through the page,
The BOOKMARK I used was a faint memory.

Though you appear so strong, I’m sure there are times you want to cry.
But keep smiling anyway!
We always realize such important things after the fact.

En tancar el llibre a la meitat d’una pàgina,
El PUNT DE LLIBRE que utilitzava era un tènue record.
Sí, en aquell dia que vaig trobar la llum!

En algun punt del camí,
El meu cor va deixar d’estar sol,
El teu cor va treure el meu de la foscor!

Ahh, com els estels que dansen al cel,
El futur va començar a resplendir.
Per alguna raó l’havia perdut de vista,
Quan estava capficada només en mi mateixa.

Em compadeixo a mi mateixa i fa mal.

Existeixen innúmers records.

Sempre ens adonem d’aquestes coses tan importants després del fet.
De tant en tant encara ho recordo. Em compadeixo a mi mateixa
I fa mal.
Però ara soc algú que pot protegir altri.
Puc plantar cara i creure algun dia:
“Com m’alegro d’haver-te conegut aquell dia!”

Al cerrar mi libro en la mitad de una página,
El PUNTO DE LIBRO que usé era un tenue recuerdo.
Sí, ¡en ese día que encontré la luz!

En algún punto a lo largo del camino,
Mi corazón dejó de estar solo.
¡Tu corazón sacó al mío de la oscuridad!

Ahh, como las estrellas que danzan en el cielo,
El futuro empezó a resplandecer.
Por alguna razón lo había perdido de vista,
